Reviews and Ratings <br />
Our stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. We did enjoy our partial ocean view and spacious lanai, which was perfect for relaxing at any time of the day. However, the furniture in our unit was stained and uncomfortable, which was quite disappointing. The location is pretty quiet, which we appreciated, but access to dining and shops was somewhat limited. Overall, it was a mixed experience but with potential for improvement.
Unfortunately, my experience at the resort was disappointing, mainly due to a frustrating check-in process and unacceptable room conditions. While the location was decent, and having a full kitchen was a plus, the lack of cleanliness and bugs in the room made it hard to feel comfortable. Overall, it certainly wasn't worth the money I paid.
This hotel has some pluses, like a one-minute walk to the beach, and I loved seeing whales from my lanai. The unit itself was spacious and had a full kitchen, which I really appreciated. However, I was disappointed by the cleanliness of the unit; it felt dusty and unkempt. The shower was only tepid, and the noise from the traffic outside made it hard to sleep well. Overall, it was okay for a quick stay, but I wouldn't return due to a few significant drawbacks.
I had a wonderful time at this resort! The beach is just a quick walk across the street, and the surroundings are beautiful. The units were well-kept and spacious, though I did find the upstairs got a bit warm at times. Overall, a relaxing getaway, but be cautious about hidden fees and room preferences when booking.
Kahana Villa turned out to be a pleasant surprise overall, located just across the street from the beautiful Kahana Beach. The suite was spacious and well-equipped, offering a convenient laundry option. However, I encountered some issues like lack of chairs and noisy surroundings. The customer service experience was also not ideal, particularly during check-in. Despite these drawbacks, the close proximity to the beach and the chance to see turtles made it a memorable experience.
